BUILDING WORKS MEASUREMENT 4 course provides students’ knowledge on the quantity measurement for piling works, building services works and builder’s work in connection with services (BWICS). This content comprises various types of piling such as bored, precast, timber, and sheet pile. Otherwise, for services work are included cold and hot water supply, soil, waste & vent pipe system, sanitary fittings, simple domestic electrical supply services, and building works in connection with services.
