CONSTRUCTION ECONOMICS course provides students’ knowledge on the concepts and the principles of economy in construction industry. The course covers project development, cash flow, current price and fluctuation cost, cost planning and cost control. This course also exposes student to knowledge on the cost implication on design changes and construction method.
