BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING (BIM) focuses on the designing and analyzing building models using techniques, resources and BIM tools. Students will be introduced to building models using BIM process for architectural, structural and plumbing. It covers BIM clash detection and construction scheduling. This course is a project-based where students gain knowledge and skills on the implementation of BIM concepts from planning to design stage.
