QUANTIFICATION OF BUILDING WORKS 3 course aims to provide students the knowledge of quantitymeasurement for building works based on Standard Method of Measurement 2. This course comprises offinishes works, building services, builder’s work in connection with services (BWICS), piling worksand demolition and alteration works. This course also enhances students on the digital and numeracy skills in line with quantity surveying ethics and professionalism.
